Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chelsey completed her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University and received her Master of Business Administration from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles. Chelsey earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
Chelsey focuses her practice on a variety of high-net-worth family law matters, including issues relating to the dissolution of marriage, custody, child support, and spousal support. Chelsey has particular expertise working with clients with complex asset and investment structures, drawing on her strong background in finance from her MBA studies and prior transactional legal experience. Chelsey is also an accomplished legal writer, having been awarded the Anthony and Susan Taylor Written Advocacy Award as part of the USC Hale Moot Court Honors Program in 2023.
Prior to joining Meyer, Olson, Lowy & Meyers, Chelsey was a Corporate Associate at a boutique law firm in Los Angeles, where she specialized in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and growth equity matters.
